Official Contest Rules

Eligibility:

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. The contest is open to all students enrolled in any United States college or university. The contest is also open to students who have graduated from a U.S. college or university within the last two (2) years. Submissions must be original works and rightful property of the submitting party.

Judging:

All entries will be judged by members of Grade Genie and/or designated affiliates of Grade Genie. Entries will be judged on creativity, content and other factors solely at the discretion of Grade Genie. All decisions will be final.

With your entry, include your name, address, school, year of graduation, phone number, and email address. All submissions will be on a voluntary basis and not part of paid employment. Your submission is your guarantee that you are the author and/or copyright holder of the photo and/or video. Violations of the contest rules may result in disqualification. Submissions become the sole property of Grade Genie and/or affiliates of Grade Genie.

Ownership/Use Rights:

By entering the contest, you agree to have your submitted entry displayed on www.gradegenie.com and/or affiliated sites without any fee or form of compensation.

Deadline:

This contest will end at midnight on March 31st, 2009, or earlier at the sole discretion of Grade Genie.

Additional Terms and Conditions

By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Grade Genie and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions or losses of any kind.
